Nature reveals itself in the InFlections fine art series.
After years of following my passion for observing the natural world and trying to capture its beauty with a camera, InFlections visual art spontaneously emerged, composed entirely from reflections in water. Freed from the traditional photographer’s perspective, InFlections lead viewers beyond realistic, artistic photographs and immerse them in a realm of light, color and movement that challenges perception and melts the line between subjective and objective.
Once InFlections developed, my fascination with the creatures of nature as bits of perception naturally came together with matching InFlections to form PerFlections.
The digital color images for the InFlection series are captured with standard photographic settings on a Panasonic DMC-TZ5 point-and-shoot digital camera, an iPhone 4S or iPhone 7 back camera or a Nikon Coolpix B700. These works have not been manipulated for color, including the ones that appear black and white, or for quality other than by cropping or changing orientation to create compositions.
The creatures in the PerFlection series are captured with a Nikon Coolpix B700 camera using an integrated Nikkor 60 X wide optical zoom EDVR lens 4.3 - 258 mm, 1:3.3 - 6.5.
Call or e-mail for additional information and prices as well as to view more samples of the InFlection series. Prints are available in a wide range of sizes on glossy or matte paper, canvas, metal and other materials. Each edition is available framed or unframed with poster sizes mounted or not. Currently I work in a Japanese-style, home office wing I helped an architect design. I live with my wife and two small dogs in Hunterdon County, NJ. Surrounded by woods, birds, and water-gardens that I created and built, I'm always on the lookout for new InFlections.
Flowing from the same source as the InFlections, my work as orgonomic psychiatrist, functional work-life and business consultant, teacher and writer also brings fresh views of the world as it addresses rigid structures and reveals the hidden beauty of nature within individuals, families and organizations.

Lend your ears to music, open your eyes to painting, and . . . stop thinking! Just ask yourself whether the work has enabled you to 'walk about' into a hitherto unknown world. If the answer is yes, what more do you want?
